Facility Rental Pricing

Rental Facility Fee Includes 7 hours of Rental Time:

  • 2 Hours of Pre-setup Time: Vendor Arrival setup, pre-ceremony pictures, bridal party arrival, etc.
  • 4 Hours of Event Time
  • 1 Hour to collect personal items and depart

Our Venue can hold up to 150 Guests Seated.

We can hold up to 165 guests for a standing style reception

**Event Site Fee includes 7 hours of Rental Time for entire facility, Setup and Breakdown of Tables and Chairs, Linens not included.(Dates that fall on Holidays will be charged Saturday Rental Price)

Valet Service is required for events that have 90 guests or more

In order to hold your date, it is necessary to pay the full Rental Fee and execute a Contract.  Payments can be made in the form of Cash, Checks, Certified Checks and Money Orders.

Beverage Service

Gala Events Facility Allows you to Provide your Own Alcoholic Beverages

Basic Beverage Package: Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Ginger Ale, and Water

Full Beverage Package: Tonic, Soda, Cranberry, OJ, Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Water, Limes, Lemons, Olives, and Cherries.

Tea and Lemonade Package: Iced Tea, Lemonade and Water in glass decanters for self-service.

**All Beverage Packages Include: clear plastic cups, cocktail napkins, ice, and complimentary chilling service of client provided wine, beer, and champagne.

Glassware available to rent: Water Goblets, Champagne Flutes, Wine Glasses,

Double Old Fashioned Glasses, and Mason Jars
Additional fees such as damage waiver may apply.

Valet Service

Valet Service is necessary and MANDATORY for events with 90 guests or more.
Sales Tax and Service Charges will Apply
Fully Refundable Damage and Overtime Deposit of $300 will be added to the package price. In the case of no serious damage or party overtime, deposit is refunded within 30 days after event.
