- Gala’s in-house solid color silk and specialty table linens (underlay, overlay and chair cover)

- VIP lounge area with a unique midtown atmosphere
- Elegant chandelier draping emerging from center of room with whimsical lighting
- Display your photo montage on our flat screen TV
- Two gorgeous engraved patio areas surrounded by lush lighted greenery, a trickling fountain & seasonal flowers
Your date will be reserved exclusively for you upon receipt of a signed Rental Agreement and a $1,900.00 non-refundable deposit that will be applied to your balance. The balance of your event will be due to Gala on designated dates.
Non-Alcoholic Beverage Service
Gala Event Facility allows their guests to bring in their own alcohol and no corkage fee. This can be a savings of up to $4,000.00 compared to other venues.
All beverage packages include Gala’s Glassware (not plastic)
Wine, Water and High Ball
Beverage Service Includes:
Ice, Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Ginger Ale and bottled water
Orange juice, Cranberry Juice, Tonic, Club Soda, Limes, Olives, Cherries

Gala requires a 75-guest minimum for all Saturday events, and a 50-guest minimum for all events scheduled Sunday through Friday.

Wedding Ceremony
Ceremony outside under our beautiful gazebo with indoor reception in the elegant reception hall. All ceremonies include the following:
- “Day of” Wedding Coordinator.
- Finalization meeting 30-days prior to your event where you will be assisted with picking out linens, designing your floor plan, and creating a timeline for your special day.
- Ceremony chairs.
- A one (1) hour wedding rehearsal scheduled prior to your wedding day.
Facility Use
Facility usage includes a total of seven (7) hours of time. The first two (2) hours will be used for pre-ceremony set up. Your event will last four (4) hours, followed by 1 hour to collect personal belongings, and depart the venue. Gala Facility will also include the following items:
- Tables, chairs, and linens
- Underlay
- Overlay
- Chair covers (Black, White, Ivory, and Grey)
Food and Beverage
Gala Events Facility has been very diligent is securing quality vendors that can satisfy the taste of the pickiest eaters. When you choose to use our preferred vendors, you will receive the following:
- Glass dinnerware (Dinner plates and Dessert plates)
- Silverware
- Linen Napkins
- Service Staff – Service staff will remain on site the entire event to bus tables and keep water glasses filled.
- Cocktail hour – Guests will be served an assortment of hors d’oeuvres, selected by you, immediately following your ceremony.
- Dinner buffet that includes: 1 entrée, 2 sides, salad, and dinner rolls
- Vendor food tasting for up to two (2) people
- Non-alcoholic beverages (Bottled water, Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Ginger Ale, Orange juice and Cranberry juice)
- Tea (Sweet or Unsweetened) can be added upon request.
- Lemonade can be added upon request.

Payments
If you cancel for any reason, the $1,900 deposit will be forfeited. To sign a contract with Gala Events facility, you must pay the full deposit.

Elopement Package ($900.00)
The Elopement Package is for use of our outdoor amenities only. This package is limited to 50 guests. Time slots offered on Saturday and Sunday are from 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. only.
The Elopement package includes the following:
- Ceremony chairs
- Gazebo and Arbor area draping w/Ribbons
- Chair Ribbons for aisle seats
This package requires a fully refundable $250 damage and over-time deposit. Payment for this contract must be paid in full at the time of contract signing.
