Venue Rental Includes:
- Venue will accommodate up to 150 guests.
- 7 Hours of rental time broken down in the following increments:
- 2 hours of pre-setup time
- 4 hours of event time
- 1 hour of time to collect personal items and depart the venue
- Tables and chairs
- VIP Lounge area with unique midtown atmosphere
- Spacious dance floor
- Elegant chandelier draping emerging from center of the room with whimsical lighting
- Display your photo montage on our flat screen TV
- Two gorgeous engraved patio areas surrounded by lush lighted greenery, a trickling fountain & seasonal flowers
** Until the Covid crisis has been completely resolved, our venue will book events with a maximum guest capacity of 120.
Non-Alcoholic Beverage Service – Gala Events Facility allows their guests to bring in their own alcohol without the inconvenience of a corking fee. Beverage service includes:
- Wine glasses, Water goblets, Cocktail glasses
- Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Ginger Ale
- Bottled Water
- Tonic Water, Club Soda
- Garnishes: Limes, Olives, and Cherries
- Finalization meeting 30-days prior to your event where you will be assisted with picking out linens, designing your floor plan, and creating a timeline for your event
- On-site Event Coordinator
- Valet service included for all events that have 90 or more guests
- Valets are licensed and insured
