Venue Rental Includes:
- Venue will accommodate up to 150 guests.
- 7 Hours of rental time broken down in the following increments:
- 2 hours of pre-setup time
- 4 hours of event time
- 1 hour of time to collect personal items and depart the venue
** Until the Covid crisis has been completely resolved, our venue will book events with a maximum guest capacity of 120.
Gala Events Facility requires an Event Coordinator for all events. If you are not taking advantage of our all-inclusive experience, there is an additional fee for Event Coordinators. Events with a guest count over 75 will have 2 Event Coordinators on site.

Our All-Inclusive Experience includes:
Venue Rental
- Guest accommodations for up to 120 guests
- 7 Hours of rental time broken down in the following increments:
- 2 hours of pre-setup time
- 4 hours of event time
- 1 hour of time to collect personal items and depart the venue
- Tables, chairs, and linens
- Gala’s in-house solid color silk and specialty table linens (underlay, overlay, and chair covers)
- No upcharge for specialty linens
- VIP Lounge area with unique midtown atmosphere
- Spacious dance floor
- Elegant chandelier draping emerging from center of the room with whimsical lighting
- Display your photo montage on our flat screen TV
- Two gorgeous engraved patio areas surrounded by lush lighted greenery, a trickling fountain & seasonal flowers
Non-Alcoholic Beverage Service – Gala Events Facility allows their guests to bring in their own alcohol without the inconvenience of a corking fee. Beverage service includes:
- Wine glasses, Water goblets, Cocktail glasses
- Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Ginger Ale
- Bottled Water
- Tonic Water, Club Soda
- Garnishes: Limes, Olives, and Cherries
- Bartenders
Catering Service – Gala Events Facility has been very diligent in securing quality vendors that can satisfy the taste of the pickiest eaters. When you choose to use our preferred vendors, you will receive the following:
- Glass dinnerware
- Silverware
- Linen napkins
- Service staff – The Service team will remain on site the entire event to bus tables and refill water goblets
- Cocktail hour – An assortment of hors d’oeuvres will be served Butler style to your guests
- Vendor food tasting for two (2) people
Event Management
- Finalization meeting 30-days prior to your event where you will be assisted with picking out linens, designing your floor plan, and creating a timeline for your event
- On-site Event Coordinator

Gala Events Facility does not have peak and off-peak seasonal pricing. We strive to remain consistent year-round to provide each couple an unforgettable experience at a comfortable price.
Gala requires a 75-guest minimum for all Saturday events, and a 50-guest minimum for all events scheduled Sunday through Friday.
Deposits and Payments
Gala Events Facility requires a $1,900.00 non-refundable deposit which is applied directly to your balance. The full balance must be paid 30-days prior to your event at your Finalization meeting.
If you are not using the All-Inclusive Experience offered by Gala Events Facility, a 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. The full balance must be paid 30 days prior to your event.
If you cancel for any reason, any deposits made toward your event will be forfeited. To sign a contract with Gala Events Facility, you must pay the full deposit.
The Elopement Package is for use of our outdoor amenities only. This package is limited to 50 guests. Time slots offered on Saturday and Sunday are from 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. only.
The Elopement package includes the following:
- Ceremony chairs
- Gazebo and Arbor area draping w/Ribbons
- Chair Ribbons for aisle seats
This package requires a fully refundable $250 damage and over-time deposit. Payment for this contract must be paid in full at the time of contract signing.
